This weeks plod is an away day from the Surprise View Car Park on Hathersage Road (about 1 mile past Fox House).
Julian will be leading a slow/steady plod along this route. Rob P will be leading a slightly longer route. If anyone else would like to lead a group please let us know via the forum.
We're meeting up at the Car Park for 6:45 with an aim to start running by 6:50. Julian's route (7.25 miles) should be a comfortable 90 minute run so will allow us to finish in daylight. Post plod drinks in Fox House, Mortgage the house if you want crisps and a drink!
